Ahmed, 15, and Tamara, 14, are living with his parents in Beit Lahija in the north of Gaza City. On his 15th birthday Ahmed asked Tamara if she wanted to marry him. In fall 2013, they get married. Since then, they try to have a baby - on demand of their parents. In Gaza, children are important. A child can work and can earn money. There are 780,000 children in Gaza, more than half of the inhabitants are younger than 18 years. I accompanied the young married couple in the Gaza Strip with my camera.
